BFWO’s Emergency Health Care Services

First aid is the first and immediate assistance given to any person with either a minor or serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening, or to promote recovery. [1]

Bright Future and Welfare Organization (BFWO) who provides health assistance in the most remote areas, besides focusing on health and nutrition issues, provides emergency health services to the residents of the villages of Kunduz, Kunar and Nangarhar provinces, who do not have access to fixed health facilities.

In the picture, you see a medical doctor of our MHNT who provide emergency and first aid services to the local resident of the Pachiragam district of Nangarhar province area. The boy had fallen down from a tree and suffered from head injuries.
